3. Your Account

• Must provide a valid email
• You are responsible for your password's confidentiality
• You may not create an account in someone else's name

• You are responsible for all activities on your account
• Must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We recommend a strong password (at least 8 characters)

4. Acceptable Conduct

When using QuizOn, you agree NOT to:

• Create content inciting hate or racism

• Abusing the friends system (sending spam requests)

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• The QuizOn name, logo, design, and code are our exclusive property
• You may not copy or reuse any of them without written permission

Your Content

When you input a topic or upload an image to generate questions:

• Ownership remains with you
• You grant us a license to use it to provide the service (question generation)
• We do not share your content with third parties for commercial purposes
• Your content is automatically deleted after the game ends

6. AI and Its Limitations

AI-generated questions may sometimes contain:

• Information errors
• Unintended bias
• Outdated information

QuizOn is NOT a reliable source for academic or medical information. The game is for entertainment only. Verify important information from official sources.

7. Advertising

• Google AdSense ads may appear in the app
• Ads do not appear during active gameplay
• We are not responsible for advertiser content
• Interaction with ads is subject to Google's terms

8. Availability and Modifications

• We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee it
• We may temporarily disable the service for maintenance without prior notice
• We may add new features or remove others
